Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, assisting customers, and maintaining the showroom's appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
  • Provide detailed information on products and answer customer inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. 
  • Maintain the showroom's appearance and product displays. 
  • Participate in inventory management.

Must Have

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in using sales software and point-of-sale systems. 
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Nice to have
